Our vacation home is located in Neu Wulmstorf/Rade in the southern metropolitan region of Hamburg right on the edge of the forest - you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as well as the advantages of the big city with all its sights, cultural offerings or major sporting events. The vacation home itself is a detached house on a hillside.

The spacious property has a large sun terrace and parking spaces for up to five cars.

Lawns have been sown around the house, which currently look a little bare due to the weather and cannot yet be walked on. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds & TV, as well as two bathrooms with double washbasins and rain showers. The largest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second largest has a balcony. On the loft-like first floor, which was built and furnished in an industrial style, there is a large living and dining area.

The open kitchen with counter is complemented by a dining table that seats up to eight people. The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing or for cozy TV evenings. You can end the day in peace and quiet on the large sun terrace with plenty of privacy. Hamburg can be reached by car in about half an hour with good traffic, by public transport it takes about 60 minutes. Directly next to the house is the Stuvenwald forest, where there is an extensive hiking/recreation area.

Also ideal for mountain bike tours.

Various cafés and farm stores in the immediate vicinity invite you to linger and browse. Shopping facilities for daily needs, pharmacy and banking services are approx. 5 minutes away by car.
