Here you will find a modern, bright and very well furnished apartment. The apartment is located in a sunny and quiet residential area on the upper edge of the village of Scuol. Mountain Railway Motta Naluns are on foot about 10 minutes walk to the center as well. The nearest bus station is just a 2 minute walk away. Two garage spaces for the car, a bicycle and ski storage, a sunny balcony (south) and free internet, all waiting for you in the apartment ENZ, we look forward to meeting you!
Arrival by transport public can be posted in advanced on a Rhaetian Railway or SBB counter and your luggage will be send directly into the apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Scuol im Teil "Scuol Nord". Die Zufahrt ist zu Beginn etwas tricky, wenn man zum ersten Mal kommt, doch danach kein Problem. Es ist ein Platz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf die Bergwelt ist 1A.
Die Waschküche darf man mitbenützen, wenn man sich in den Waschplan einträgt, was kein Problem war.

Ruhige Lage, innert 10 Minuten an der Seilbahn oder im Dorf. Tiefgarage mit Doppelstellplatz und Veloraum sowie einem geräumigen Aufzug von der Garage bis vor die Wohnungstüre. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, sehr grosses Wohnzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfen...
Küche ist schon etwas älter; z.B. Tür der Spülmaschine etwas defekt, auch der Backofen hat nur teilweise funktioniert. Die Stühle und der Esstisch sind zwar original und urig, aber etwas unbequem. Aber keine grossen Probleme, uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
