la posizione tranquilla e panoramica.
la terrazza (esposta a sud ma arretrata rispetto alla facciata principale della casa) è molto comoda e perfetta per chi non ama molto il sole che a metà agosto arriva dopo le 11 e scende alle 16.30 circa
