The apartment is located 4.1 km from Linate Airport and a short distance from the "Monzino Cardiology Centre", and just 3 minutes walk from the "Milano-Forlanini" train station which takes you to the center in just 15 minutes by train !
The accommodation consists of a living area with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space
The apartment of approximately 35 sqm is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it).
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double bed, armchairs, coffee table, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with electric plate, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, split air conditioning (only in the living area), washing machine (in the kitchen), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

One of the area's distinctive features is its large public park, Parco Forlanini, which extends over a large area and offers green spaces for relaxation, jogging and other recreational activities.
Inside the park there is also an artificial lake, ideal for taking walks or enjoying a day outdoors.
From a services point of view, Forlanini offers a variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, the neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the presence of several bus lines and the proximity of the Milan Forlanini train station, which offers direct connections to the city center and other destinations.
