The house is attached to the owner's secondary residence and has private access. Ground floor: large living room with a dining and lounge area, fitted kitchen with a range cooker, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate WC. First floor: three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, two bathrooms (with bathtubs) accessible from one of the bedrooms and the hallway, two WCs, one of which is separate. Second floor: one family bedroom for four people, ideal for children, one shower room, one separate WC. Oil-fired central heating. Enclosed green space with lawn, garden furniture set up on the gravel terrace, barbecue. Shared above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 1.20 m deep), unheated, available from July to October depending on weather conditions (see owner). Municipal fishing pond 200 m away (access fee applies). Bourbon l'Archambault, 12 km; Souvigny, 12 km. Vieure lake, 10 km. Spa guest rate (21 nights): -10% on the price of your stay. Heating and electricity to be paid on site at the end of your stay. The price does not include: Flexible departure time until 6 pm: €50 fee payable on site to the owner.
