The main floor (upper level) is accessed via an outdoor staircase and features a living-dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a French bed (135 cm wide), a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet, and a second bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

The lower level is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal stairs) and offers a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

German and Spanish TV channels are available.

A washing machine and dryer are provided.

From the living and dining area, you can step onto the main terrace, which is partially covered.

Here you will find a pool (8 x 4 meters, available year-round, unheated), a dining table, six chairs, six loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Der Pool war Ende März noch etwas kalt, was ja normal ist, trotzdem konnten wir nicht wiedersehen, ihn zu nutzen. Die gesamten Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Wir kommen gern zurück. Netter Vermieter und auch die Erreichbarkeit von Familie Jäger vor Ort war super. Großes Kompliment und ein Dankeschön.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Tolle Terrasse mit Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf Berge und Meer.

Schade war, dass die Bewässerung der Planzen im schönen Garten abgeschaltet war und einiges vertrocknet war. Der Hinweis auf ausreichend vorhandene Müllcontainer am Eingang der Anlage wäre im Vorfeld hilfreich gewesen. Ein weiterer Mülleimer in der Küche zur Mülltrennung wäre auch gut.
