Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet Monte Pego residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The main floor (upper level) is accessed via an external staircase and features a living and dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a French bed (135 cm wide), a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet, as well as another bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
From the living and dining area, you reach the main terrace, which is partially covered.
Here you will find a pool (8 x 4 meters, unheated, usable year-round), a dining table, six chairs, six sun loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The lower floor has a separate entrance (no internal stairs) and offers a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. German and Spanish TV channels are available.
There is a washing machine and dryer for your use. A carport accommodates one car; another car can be parked in front of the carport. The house is for your exclusive use. Dogs are allowed.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.

Der Pool war Ende März noch etwas kalt, was ja normal ist, trotzdem konnten wir nicht wiedersehen, ihn zu nutzen. Die gesamten Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Wir kommen gern zurück. Netter Vermieter und auch die Erreichbarkeit von Familie Jäger vor Ort war super. Großes Kompliment und ein Dankeschön.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
