Charming apartment for two people in Cala Lliteres, an urbanization belonging to the well-known town of Cala Ratjada in the northeast of the island.
It is an ideal accommodation for a romantic getaway.
It is only 50 sq m but the rooms are quite spacious and very bright.
The views are impressive both from the terrace and from the bedroom. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the bedroom. In the alcove, there are two single beds, measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters.
They can be placed together or separately and also function for two people who are not a couple. It offers a communal pool available for guests to enjoy, with two sun loungers for the exclusive use of our guests. Cala Lliteres belongs to Cala Ratjada, a town that boasts countless paradisiacal beaches that have nothing to envy to the Caribbean beaches. Cala Agulla is a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise sea, located just 900 meters away. Diving enthusiasts are in luck as the nearest cove is Cala Es Meró, very famous for practicing this sport. But this whole area is full of beautiful coves, some better known like Cala Gat or Cala Torta, and others less known and therefore less crowded. Fees to be paid upon arrival, NOT included in the price: - Ecotax (tourist tax) High season (May to October) €2.20/adult/night, for the first 8 nights.

Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen ideal. Der Aussblick ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist ok. Die Lage ist sehr gut und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Der Sonnenschirm ist etwas klein im Verhältnis zum schönen Balkon. Die Töpfe sind im Verhältnis zum Kochfeld zu groß. Ein oder zwei kleinere Töpfe wären für zwei Personen besser. Die Eigentümer waren immer zu erreichen

Pasamos divino en el apartamento, el balcón y la vista es todo! La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro pero alejado de los ruidos. La comunicación con las anfitronas estuvo muy bien y cualquier cosa que pasaba estaban para responder.
