The interior space The central part of the villa of 130sqm is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 35'' TV and split A/C; - KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - SERVICE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; - VERANDA with dining table, armchairs. The annex of 60mq is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 27'' TVand access to the veranda; - KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - VERANDA with dining table. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm. The northern beaches, Pittulongu, lo Squalo, Mare e Rocce, Bados, Marinella, Razza di Juncu and Rena Bianca, are characterized by very fine white sand as well as crystal clear waters; to the south the beaches of Saline, Marina Maria, Costa Romantica, Li Cuncheddi, Poltu Casu, Capo Ceraso and Porto Istana are among the favourites. A real "must" in our municipality is Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous and fashionable locations of the international jet set surrounded by spectacular beaches.
