The family-friendly and traditional Residence Carl & Do is located in Baveno, just a few minutes' walk from the shore and public beach of Lake Maggiore.

The complex is characterised by the classic furnishings of the comfortable flats, which leave nothing to be desired.

There is also a garden and a sun terrace with loungers and a fantastic view of the Alps.

For younger guests there is an indoor playroom with lots of toys, a table tennis table, a small area for playing football and a pool table.

The comfortable and classically furnished flats in the residence offer everything you need for your holiday. The approximately 80 square metre four-room flat can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

It has a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a single bed.

There is a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep two more people.

A SAT television is available.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, WC, bidet, washbasin and a hairdryer.

The flat has a furnished balcony with a limited view.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 2 hours.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The public beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The residence has a spacious children's playroom with games for all ages.

Admission to the nearby water adventure park will make your children's hearts beat faster.

LEISURE AND SPORTS A table tennis table and a pool table are available in the residence.

The countryside is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth on long hikes or trekking tours.

Water sports enthusiasts also have numerous options at the lake or in the water park.

SHOPPING Supermarkets and shops can be found nearby.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a microwave, a fridge and a filter and Italian mocha coffee machine.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

In addition, a variety of restaurants with delicious Italian dishes await you in the neighbourhood.
