Kurzer Weg über das Grundstück zum Meer. Auch Gastronomie fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Die Gartenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden.

The sewage pipe was blocked, it was stinking Like hell for 2 days

Das Haus liegt auf einem Grundstück, welches eingefriedet ist und auf dem man auch das Fahrzeug parken kann. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, die auch unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden könnten. Es hat auf beiden Seiten einen Aussensitzplatz und ist sicherlich ein wunderbares Haus im Hochso...
Da das Haus sehr beschattet ist, sucht man im September respektive Oktober die Sonne und es ist nicht einfach ein Plätzchen in der Sonne zu finden, es sei denn, man setzt sich in die Einfahrt.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass am Hafen ein Restaurant am Samstagabend Party macht und man dann die Musik...
