It is located on the seafront promenade of Cadiz, a stone's throw from the Playa de la Victoria, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.
The flat has 72m2, is located on the 11th floor with two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to its comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed and the other has a comfortable double bed. In addition, the flat has a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The flat also has floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room from where you can enjoy the best sea views and sunsets.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
📲 This flat has ELECTRONIC LOCKING and opens with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.
