We got to the property around 9:00pm and after several messages sent and phone calls made, we found out through a representative of the company, that the property was not ready. They couldn’t contact the owner either. They gave us a refund and we had to look for a place to stay at that time and with...

beware - the host asks for £150 deposit and identfication documents (driving licence or passport) BEFORE they release the keycode - they asked for it 14.41 we were due to check in after 15.00 and travelling 4.5 hours - had to cancel and then not travel that day - had to re arrange somewhere else and lost half a day of our break - WOULD NEVER USE THIS HOST.
