The Arches consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area for six guests, a sitting room with an open fire, a utility and an external games room. The bedrooms consist of one ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, two doubles with en-suite bath, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. One well behaved dog is welcome. Please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, start pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Arches is a delightful base for a Yorkshire getaway. Note: Property is on a working farm, pets must be supervised.
