The rustico with its approx. 80 m² of living space not only enchants with its extraordinary flair, but also with many opportunities to retreat thanks to the various outdoor areas. Choosing between a balcony, roof terrace, covered terrace and sloping garden is really not easy! The highlight, however, is the approx. 8 m x 3 m pool (open from approx. the beginning of June to approx. the end of September, weather permitting) with sunbathing area and outdoor shower. The distance to the beach in Cannero Riviera is approx. 6.5 km. Free public parking spaces are available approx. 200 m from the property.
