Really well put together, the beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable, however the room with double beds could be better my colleague was very uncomfortable
Kitchen facilities were great, especially the coffee machine
Couple of plug sockets loose which needs addressing but other than this we had an excellent stay and really enjoyed it
Ironing board needs replacing and some bigger bath towels
Great stay and perfect for our needs.

Really nice decor and suited our needs perfectly. Didn’t get a chance to use hot tub and games room as not enough time but useful additions for a longer stay. Good to have things like coffee, tea and toiletries available. A nice touch.
Some of the taps didn’t turn on or were difficult to use. Neighbours were a bit noisy.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses...
