Super Lage, Tiefgarage war super angenehm, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.
Die Terrasse ist auf den Bildern super schön dargestellt, in Wirklichkeit leider sehr vernachlässigt. Die Holzbank blättert ab und der Boden ist mit Unkraut zugewuchert. Schade !

Die Wohnung ist optisch schön,aber für ältere Gäste nicht wirklich bequem. 1.Schlafgelegenheit unpraktisch, 2.Einstieg in die Badewanne u.U.gefährlich,3.Position des Sofas zum Fernseher.4.Keine Gardinen am Fenster hinter dem Sofa.
Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Die große schwarze Tafel mit Tipps war super und informativ.
Die Küche war vollständig bzw. ausreichend bestückt.
Die Tiefgarage und der Lift war auch sehr komfortabel.
Das Bett war für uns etwas zu klein und zu niedrig. Die Schräge ist nichts für die ältere Generation. Man muss gebückt ins Bett gehen.
