The holiday flat is 65 m² in size, offers ideal space for 2 people and is located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed. In the living and dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sofa. Two terraces with morning or afternoon sun are at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The holiday flat is suitable for holidaymakers and spa guests in the high season (March to October) and not for holidaymakers.
The holiday flats are located in a quiet, well-kept residential area in the middle of a lovingly landscaped outdoor area with a southern flair. A little hidden oasis of relaxation! All holiday flats are stylish, modern and comfortably furnished.
Bicycles with 6-speed gears and low entry can be hired for a fee. Shopping facilities are nearby. The centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The bus/train stop is approx. 5 minutes away. With the Konus card, buses and regional trains can be used free of charge.
