Deich, Restaurants (sofern geöffnet, zum Wochenfang schlossen die meisten Cafés und Gaststätten für einige Wochen) und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung zu zweit gemütlich, gut zu heizen. Für den Jahresanfang eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Bei mildem Wetter fehlt der Balkon.
Der Ort war direkt nach dem Jahreswechsel sehr menschenleer und ruhig.
