This typical villa of the 60s consists of an entrance that leads to a spacious living room of 45m2 overlooking the facade.
The 13m2 kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric oven, a 4 gas hob and a dishwasher.
It opens onto a terrace at the back of the house, facing to the north, with a self-locking floor and a blind.
A back kitchen of 8m2, equipped with a washing machine, offers additional practicality.
WIFI The villa has three bedrooms at this level.
Room N°1 of 11m2 opens onto a south-facing terrace, with a 160-bed bathroom (lavabo). Bedroom N°2 of 10m2, facing south-east, has a bed in 140- Bedroom 3, ideal for children, offers two bunk beds.
A shower room of 4m2 and a toilet complete this floor.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you can find Room No. 4, perfect for teenagers, with three beds in 90. From the window, a partial view of the dunes and the ocean (La Graverie beach) adds a special touch.
