Step inside Martindale Cottage and be greeted by the welcoming open-plan living space, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully-presented sitting area.
This inviting space is perfect for socialising with loved ones around the dining table, watching a movie on the Smart TV, or simply relaxing on the sofa, after a long day of adventures.
Utilise the kitchen by preparing and enjoying some yummy meals as a family, before heading to bed.
As the evening grows darker, retreat to one of the three beautifully-appointed bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.
The first king-size bedroom boasts an en-suite with a bath and shower, while the second king-size bedroom offers an en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Martindale Cottage, a detached home consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with 2 x oven, hobs, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with 43" smart TV and ipod docks/speaker. The bedrooms are a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a ground-floor twin, along with a cloakroom. Outside, an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, BBQ, firepit and private driveway parking for two cars. Safe and secure storage for bikes in outside utility. Highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Washing machine is located in utility. Sorry, no stag/hen parties. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or upstairs. The property does not accept check in on Sundays. We are unable to accept bookings starting on Boxing Day 2024 and New Years Day 2025
