The 70 m² apartment features a cozy kitchen with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave.
It also includes a spacious bedroom with a box spring bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom with a shower and toilet offers ample storage space and a washing machine for your use. Welcome to Gaberhel Hof The almost 300-year-old farmhouse has housed many generations and has survived numerous natural events – as evidenced by the wooden cross mounted on the east side of the house. The first guests were welcomed in the 1950s, under very simple conditions at the time, but with great warmth.
Preserving the charm and comfort of the old house while enabling contemporary living has been paramount in every renovation.
And renovations have happened frequently here! The "Ahorn" apartment, spanning 74m², occupies the entire first floor and is a successful example of this. The ski bus stop is located directly behind the house, and a restaurant is approximately 100 meters away.
The nearest supermarket is at the entrance to Ellmau, 500 meters away.
A special feature of the apartment is the magnificent view of the open countryside, which you can enjoy from the balcony.
