The house is located in the heart of a peaceful, characterful village in the Britany countryside, 5 km from the market town of La Roche Derrien. It is ideally situated in the Trégor region for land and sea visits (Breton heritage and castles). The seaside can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and small towns with character (Lannion, Tréguier, Guingamp, Pontrieux) in around 15 minutes. From the accommodation, you have access to numerous hiking and biking trails (flax mills, fountains, calvaries, etc.).
The accommodation
The ground floor comprises a living room/kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and a master suite (bed 140 x 200, toilet and shower room).
Upstairs, two bedrooms on either side of the staircase (CH1: 1 bed 140 x 200; CH 2: 2 beds 90 x 200).
A small grassed garden of around 50 m2 is located at the rear of the house, accessible by 12 steps, ideal for sitting around a table or relaxing in the sun.
Access for travelers
You can park directly in front of the house.
