Die Lage der Anlage, Nähe zum sehr großen Pool, sehr gepflegte Anlage, der private Zugang zum Strand, die Ausstattung der Wohnung, Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Küche und Badezimmer neu und sehr schön. Gut klimatisiert.
Die Wohnung roch stark nach Zigaretten, trotz Nichtraucher-Ausschreibung.
