This detached holiday home in Koudekerke borders the Moesbosch country estate.
The former coach house is furnished for six people and is in a wonderfully quiet location.
So you can wake up to birdsong in the morning and have a chance of spotting a roe deer from the nearby forest in the garden.
The Coach House is situated together with Villa Albertina on a 3670m2 plot.
The garden surrounding the house has been carefully landscaped with rhododendrons and lavender, among other things.
The terrace is on the side and front of the house, so you can enjoy the sun at any time of day.
A lovely spot for nature lovers!If you want to explore the surroundings, there is plenty to do.
With the cycling and walking routes, you can explore the beautiful surroundings in various ways, with its typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads.
Enjoy a lovely day at the beach in your own beach cabin, which is included in the rental price.
For water sports enthusiasts, there is the option of renting a sailing boat at Veerse Meer Lake or surfing at Domburg.
On the boulevard in Vlissingen, you can see the large container ships passing close to the shore.
The Belgian border is just a 45-minute drive away.

The bathroom is also on the ground floor, making this house also suitable for guests with mobility problems.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a second toilet.On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with a double top deck mattress and a double duvet, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and one bedroom with a chest of drawers and a cot.
The cot is fitted with wheels, should you like the cot to be in another bedroom, it can easily be moved.The bedroom on the ground floor has a French door leading to the garden and from the living room you can also enjoy the sun through double French doors.
From here, you enter the spacious 1000m2 garden.
Several seating areas have been created in the garden to enjoy the garden and the sun.
On the lawn is a large trampoline.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Das Haus hat wirklich Charme. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit läd der Kaminofen nach dem Strand zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Die Lage ist sehr gut und super zentral gelegen. Gerne wieder!

Ein rustikales, gemütliches Haus in dem man wirklich gut schläft. Die Kinder am Strand und die Oma genießt den Garten mit den beeindruckenden alten Bäumen.
Eine ANLEITUNG in deutsch oder englisch würde einem das richtige Verhalten bei alltäglichen Dingen erleichtern.

Wij hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in het koetshuis. Het huis is ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Prettig was dat de kleinste kamer voor ons zoontje goed verduisterd kon worden. De locatie van het huis is ook super. Vanuit het koetshuis hebben we veel steden/dorpjes in Walcheren bezocht. Helemaal leuk waren de hertjes en ganzen om de hoek!
