This holiday home consists of two 6-person houses which are rented out separately and is located on the most child-friendly campsite in Drenthe surrounded by woods, heathland, sand drifts, peat lakes, recreational lakes and cosy villages.
One of the things you can do at the campsite is swim.
The renovated, heated swimming pools have fun extras.
There is a long water slide, a paddling pool for the little ones and all kinds of fun water play elements in and around the water.
Would you like to get out into nature? Then there are various options near the campsite.
Drenthe has at least three nature reserves: National Park Dwingelderveld, National Park Drents-Friese Wold and National Park Drentsche Aa.
All three of these parks are ideal for walking or cycling.This cosy six-person holiday home with spacious garden is in a rural location.
The cosy living room has a seating area, dining table and a television.
The kitchen has an extensive inventory.
The house has three bedrooms, one of which has a double box-spring bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The holiday home is surrounded by a spacious garden.
The adjacent meadow is possibly available for horses.
Parking is available near the house.
Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • The size of the double bed may vary per holiday home (1.40 m or 1.60 m).
If you would like to add a cot to the ground-floor bedroom, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. • The double bed is provided with two single duvets and one double duvet.
If you wish to rent bed linen, this will always be linen for the single duvets. • The interior and exterior may differ per holiday home . • The WiFi signal is not equally strong everywhere on the campsite. • Vanaf 20-02-2026 tot en met 20-08-2026: - In 2026, a professional entertainment team will be present during the May holidays, Ascension Day and Pentecost, and from July 18 to August 20. • Park facilities General At the reception desk, staff are ready to assist you with all your questions and with bike rentals.
Upon request, you can rent mountain bikes, tandems, and electric bikes, among other things.
This allows you to explore the beautiful, natural surroundings at your own pace. Need to do your laundry? You can visit our laundromat.
You're also welcome to stop by our cozy cafeteria for a cup of coffee, a drink, or some fries. Children There's a large indoor playground for children.
They can also have plenty of fun outdoors in the playgrounds with various play equipment, the sandbox, or the air trampoline.
There's even a sand and water playground where they can enjoy hours of fun. An enthusiastic entertainment team is present during the May holidays, Ascension Day and Pentecost, and for five weeks during the summer holidays.

The nature reserve is known for its many hiking and cycling routes, as well as adventurous mountain bike trails and opportunities for covered wagon rides.
Around Wateren you will find nice trips and many attractions: for example, visit the Miramar Sea Museum, the Drents Museum or enjoy a wellness break at Sauna Het Friese Woud.
For a wonderful day out (with your children) you can visit the ancient dolmens in Havelte or Attractiepark Duinen Zathe.

Helaas was het niet het huisje wat we hadden verwacht. Het huisje staat naast een drukke weg wat ins stoort en dus geen rust geeft . Na een uur in het huisje hadden we besloten ....we gaan weer naar huis. Bij de receptie hebben we toen ook onze bezwaren gemeld en dat we weer naar huis gingen. Bij de receptie hebben ze direct naar een oplossing gezo

Mensen hartelijk en behulpzaam. Deur sluit slecht. Hoes matras niet schoon. Trap naar boven slecht onderhoud. Miste een stoffer en blik en een veger om de vloer tussendoor snel wat schoon te maken in verband met rond kruipende baby´s en honden. Verder prima! We hebben het fijn gehad.

Het huisje bleek uit twee apart verhuurde gedeelten te bestaan. Daardoor is het slechts de helft van hetgeen op de foto staat. Het was dus klein en twee van de drie slaapkamers verdienen mijns inziens die titel niet aangezien het meer een slaapzolder is. De tuin is dus ook gedeeld met buren. Wij hadden het geluk dat het andere huis niet verhuurd was.
