The house is suitable for four persons and is situated on a small-scale, quiet holiday park in Egmond aan den Hoef.
This beautiful, particularly quiet cottage is located near the dune entrance Het Woud of the beautiful Noord-Hollands Dune Reserve, between Egmond and Bergen.
The extensive dune reserve offers great opportunities for walking and cycling.
The famous Schoorl Dunes are only a few kilometres away.
Nice places like Egmond and Bergen are within walking and biking distance.
Alkmaar is about 8 kilometres and is really worth a visit! The garden offers a lot of privacy.
Because of its location in the park and its surroundings, it is very suitable for nature lovers and those looking for peace and quiet.This holiday home is modernly furnished and fully equipped.
On the ground floor you will find the cosy and bright living room with fireplace, and garden doors to the terrace.
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including three types of coffee machine.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
The house has a total of three bedrooms, sleeping a total of five.
As the cottage is not large, you will be most comfortable staying there with a maximum of four people.
On the ground floor is a (parents') bedroom with a double bed.
This is located opposite the (children's) bedroom.
It contains a single bed and a cot.
Due to the location of these two bedrooms, the cottage is also suitable for a family with young children.
For them there are also a tripod chair, stools by the two sinks, children's crockery and various toys.
In the attic is a third bedroom with two single beds, TV, and a washbasin in the attic.
This room is suitable for adults or older children.
The narrow stairs to the attic are not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems.
There is also a washing machine and drying rack in the attic.
There is a rotary dryer in the garden.
Around the cottage is a spacious terrace facing south-west.
In the shed you can park your (rental) bikes and you will find a parasol, outdoor toys and a barbecue.

Das Haus hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort und haben ihn jeden Abend genutzt.
Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Es war alles super.
