This super nice five-person holiday home, with its own hot tub, is located on a 7000m2 plot near Ommen in the Vecht region.
You look out on your "own" forest plot.
The beautiful nature between the Overijssel Salland and the Vechtdal can be called unique.
There are 25 different bird species to see and if you are lucky the deer will pass by.
The area is versatile with charming towns and villages with attractive terraces and beautiful shops, with forests, meadows, hills, castles and estates.
Of course, the beautiful rivers Vecht and IJssel also leave their mark on this area.
Highly recommended are: the Holterberg, the Lemelerberg, swimming and canoeing in the Vecht or shopping in Ommen or Zwolle.Nicely furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a large TV screen with an extensive channel package, WiFi and Chromecast.
There is also a wood stove with enough wood for the evenings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer, induction plate, coffee maker and a kettle.
Separate toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
There is also a modern bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower, sink, towels and toilet.
On the first floor is a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Around the holiday home you have a lovely large and fenced garden for dogs with its own five-person hot tub, barrel sauna and terrace with garden furniture.

Een fijn huis.
Schoonmaak laat wel wat te wensen over.
Wat kleine opmerkingen.
Geen mogelijkheid tot ophangen van kleren op de slaapkamer en geen ophang mogelijkheid voor handdoek in de badkamer .
Overkapping voor fietsen zou ook wel fijn zijn.
Maar wel een heerlijke plek om te zijn!!!!

Wir haben uns über Weihnachten pudelwohl gefühlt und die Auszeit mit Sauna und Kamin in der ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist beeindruckend und es fehlte uns an nichts.
Das Einzige, was wir zu bemängeln hatten, ist der wirklich sehr geringe Wasserdruck der Dusche. Vielleicht kann hier noch dran gearbeitet werden. Danke!
