Beautifully situated holiday home for nine persons in the beautiful village of Groet (Schoorl).
This accommodation is located in the grounds of a farmhouse near the dunes and the sea on a quiet road.
Peaceful in the winter and lively in the summer with, among other things, a romantic evening fair.
The beautiful North Sea beach is 1700 meters from the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot.
Of course you can also travel by car or bicycle.
Bicycles can also be rented in the village, so you can enjoy the widest dune in the Netherlands even more.
Woods and polders are also nearby.
Shopping is great in Bergen or Alkmaar.This holiday home consists of half of a renovated farmhouse.
From the living room there are patio doors to the terrace/garden, a cosy sitting area with TV, play and dining area.
The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, six-burner cooker, combi microwave, Jura bean machine, kettle and fridge freezer.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with six single box-spring beds.
One bedroom has an ensuite with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
The other bathroom has a shower and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet.
On the second floor you will find another bedroom with three single beds.
One of these beds is located on a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling.
The loft can only be reached via a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.
Outside you have a lovely garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture.
Particularities • Student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • Children up to and including 3 years do not pay tourist tax.

We hebben een fantastisch familieweekend gehad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Marit. De woonkamer was al een beetje in de sfeer van Sinterklaas. De keuken is goed geoutilleerd, dus we hebben lekkere maaltijden kunnen koken. Het huis biedt ruimte en er is veel speelgoed. We hebben mooie wandelingen door de duinen naar het strand gemaakt.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber gereinigt und gemütlich warm. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das schönste Haus, in dem wir in den letzten Jahren Urlaub gemacht haben. Groet ist ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort. Wir kommen gerne wie wieder.
