This very spacious 12 person holiday home near Winterberg. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature and surroundings, yet close to the ski resorts of Winterberg! After a complete renovation, this property is ready for the reception of guests. This spacious holiday home of almost 200 m2 is located at the start of the Sorpetal in the lovely village of Rehsiepen, 5 minutes from Winterberg-Altastenberg and 7 minutes from the Nordhangbahn of Winterberg itself. From the house you have a magnificent view of the Sorpetal in all directions. Outside you can hear the Sorpe river babbling; if you're lucky you'll see a deer on the slope. Across the road a few goats are walking alongside. Hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and motorbikes regularly pass by, because all these routes pass in front of the door. In the evening you can also enjoy the cellar bar, the pellet stove in the living room or outside on one of the terraces.

Basement:
Entrance to the spacious hall, Spacious bedroom / family room with double bed (1.40 m), bunk bed and a table with four chairs. Beautiful, modern bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. From the kitchen there is a view all around and access to the large terrace on the side (above the garage). Spacious dining / living room with a nice wide dining area and plenty of loose chairs. In the living area there is a wonderful corner sofa, a separate stool, a pellet stove, flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs, magazines and information leaflets. Also from the living room the view is fantastic and there is access to the terrace / balcony at the front. Beautiful, modern bathroom with toilet, built-in shower and sink. Nice children's bedroom with bunk beds.

Upper floor:
Landing with sitting / reading corner and relax chair. Spacious bedroom with modern / classic furnishings, a double bed and a separate children's bed. Two modern bedrooms with two single beds each, one with a child's bed. Beautiful, modern bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

Outside:
Parking spaces on your own driveway on both the left and right sides of the house. Terrace with seating area at the entrance. Terrace with garden house at the rear of the house. Spacious terrace with large lounge set and separate seating area (above the garage). Covered porch at the front with access to a large terrace. Garden all around.

Particularities
• Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and care groups are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years.
• The tourist tax only applies to persons over 14 years old. During the reservation you can indicate this in the "comments". We will then adjust this manually on the invoice.
• This property is only suitable for families.

Less than ten kilometres from cosy Winterberg, you will find this very small village, located in the High Sauerland. Although the village is small and cosy, the surroundings are grand. And do you love the snow? Then you are definitely in the right place here: with no fewer than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of slopes, Winterberg, Altastenberg and Neuastenberg are perfect for beginners and professionals alike. Besides the snow and winter fun you will experience here, there are also numerous events (sports, games or culinary) organised in Sauerland. The beautiful mountains, many lakes, historical villages and towns, varied landscapes and the many hiking and cycling routes are a real treat and absolutely worth it.
