This comfortable 20-person group accommodation is located in a quiet, small-scale holiday park in the beautiful green landscape of Twente, on the border with Salland. The location of the park is not only beautiful, but also very favorable. You can, for example, take hiking and cycling trips through the atmospheric landscape, view historic villages and visit various nearby attractions and sights. The sporty guest can hit a ball on the pitch & putt course located opposite the park. Archery, mountain biking, canoeing or visiting an amusement park are also possible. Thanks to the presence of the equestrian center, where you can park your own horse and attend horse riding lessons, horse lovers will also enjoy themselves. Due to the small-scale design of the park, peace and quiet, walking and cycling enthusiasts will feel at home. The park guarantees a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The groupaccommodation is situated in the remodeled, former chickenshed. The accommodation offers a recreational/diningroom with television-, childrens- and eatingcorner. From the kitchen is a service-hatch to the recreationroom. There is a filter coffee machine. The accommodation consists of five bedrooms and all bedrooms have their own space with shower and toilet. There is one room for six persons (three bunk beds), thrree rooms for four persons (two bunk beds) and one room for two persons (single beds). Besides this accommodation for 20 persons is there also an accommodation suitable for 12 persons. The two accommodations together can be rented for a maximum of 32 persons. There is parking space for eight cars at the accommodation.

• Student associations and youth groups (up to 25 years) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years.

The beautiful surroundings of Den Ham are pure enjoyment of peace, space and nature. The Zandstuve forest has beautiful walking and cycling routes, but nature lovers can also enjoy the towns and nature reserves of Eerde, Junne, the Engbertsdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate and Lemelerberg. For a day of shopping, visit Ommen, Almelo and Zwolle, where you will find a wide range of shops and cosy restaurants. Do you fancy a day of complete relaxation?
