This beautiful 18-person group accommodation is located in the picturesque town of Arcen in the north of Limburg.
The group accommodation is an attractive and detached accommodation and offers sufficient privacy.
The house is well insulated, has underfloor heating, airconditioning (in living room) and is cosy, attractive and child-friendly.
The accommodation is equipped with the latest prescribed fire safety provisions.
The accommodation is easily accessible for the disabled as it is all on one level and has low thresholds and wide doors.
During your stay you can make use of two cots, two high chairs, shower stools and/or extra handles on request.The group accommodation has a general hall with a wardrobe and a closet.
There is a spacious living and dining room with an HD TV, Blu-Ray player and airconditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination microwave/oven, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, filter coffee maker and a 5-burner gas stove.
There are three family rooms for four persons with two box-spring beds, a bunk bed and a private bathroom.
There are also three double bedrooms with a private toilet, sink and shower.
Two of these rooms are very suitable for disabled people.
Outside you can enjoy the spacious terraces and under the patio cover of 6m x 4m.
The driveway, terraces and paths are all paved and your car can be parked at the rear of the accommodation or in the car park at the front.
There is also a shared recreation room on the site where table tennis, table football, four in a row and darts can be played.
The garage includes a go-kart, scooters and ride-on cars.
Outside you will find a large playing field with playground equipment and a large trampoline.
A swimming pool can be found in the owner's private garden.
The swimming pool can be used in the summer months, in consultation, for a maximum of one hour a day.
Fully adapted for the disabled:The accommodation is fully equipped with 90cm wide doors and completely barrier-free, with the exception of the outside doors where a small threshold is necessary.
The exterior doors are also escape doors.
For this reason, the exterior doors are fitted with a lock, which you can use to close the door, but where you can always go outside from the inside.
All areas have tile floors, with the tiles in the bathrooms being extra stiff to prevent falls.
The central corridor is 130cm wide.
There are two double rooms in the accommodation, each with a private bathroom, which are extra wide (150cm), especially for the disabled.
These bathrooms are equipped with height-adjustable toilet rails (on one side of the toilet), handles that can be freely placed and two shower stools are available on request.
The bathrooms are not spacious enough for a shower stretcher.
The beds can be placed separately from each other, so that there is also sufficient “rolling space” in the bedroom.
The beds are equipped with a mattress protector, a molton and of course a duvet and a pillow.
Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 20:00 • Seniors' discount: for every staying person aged 55 or over, you will receive a discount of EUR 2 per night for a weekend or midweek stay.

Het was voor ons gezinsweekend een heel fijn huis. De keuken is goed ingericht voor 18 personen. Ruime woon/eetkamer. Fijne tuin met speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Een recreatieruimte tafelvoetbalspel, pingpongtafel en ander spelmate voor als het weer wat minder is.
Behulpzame en gastvrije mensen. Wij hebben een gezellig weekend gehad.

Wir sind mit 15 Pers. (12 Erw 1 Kind 2 Babys) dort gewesen. Das Haus ist so großzügig geschnitten, dass es nie zu eng wurde. Die Küche war super eingerichtet, viel Platz um draußen und drinnen gemeinsam zu essen. Das Nebengebäude mit TT-platte, Kicker etc. ist toll und da herrliches Wetter war, wurde draußen Volleyball gespielt. Tolles Wochenende!

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende, alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle mit ei schönes Bad eingerichtet und in den Wohn-raum und Küche sind perfekt eingerichtet ,es fehlte an nichts. Die Gartenanlage ist perfekt zum spielen,für groß und klein. Das Spielehaus war super, alle waren sehr freundlich
