Sehr viele Glühlampen defekt (auf unsere Kosten ausgetauscht)
Rollos nicht mehr in Ordnung
Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon dreckig/ Tisch defekt
Sehr unfreundliche und überforderte ( "habe 65 Wohnungen zu betreuen...")Betreuung vor Ort (auch wenn diese Krank ist gibt es Möglichkeiten) gefühlt nur Kundenabwehr!

Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Möchte man etwas mehr " Trubel " ist es dorthin zu Fuß in ca.10 Minuten erreichbar. Auch für Gäste mit Hund ein idealer Platz. Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch der Ort an sich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe fand in einem nahegelegenen Café und nicht wie geplant direkt vor Ort statt. Was an sich kein Problem war. Jedoch wirkte es in der Wohnung alles etwas " unvorbereitet " . Es befand sich zb. keine " Gäste Mappe " in der Wohnung. D.h. wir hatten keine Angaben zum WLAN Passwort. ...

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick in die Natur. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.Wäschepaket muss separat dazu gebucht werden.
