Eboracum is a beautifully-refurbished house sitting atop the lovely village of Hathersage, in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
With its incredible scenic views and easy access to many local amenities, this property sleeps five, making it perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a base to explore Derbyshire.
Cross the tastefully landscaped front lawn and step into the house to find a sitting room equipped with a large sofa and woodburning stove for you to stretch out on, and a Smart TV for your family movie nights.
If you’re feeling peckish, make your way to the kitchen/diner armed with everything you need to whip up feasts for your loved ones; if the weather allows, why not take the feast outside to the rear enclosed patio and lawn and make use of the barbecue to grill up some delicious burgers? When sleep calls, head to the family bathroom to unwind in a warm bath or hot shower before heading to bed in one of three well-presented bedrooms.
Those lucky enough to get the en-suite room can enjoy views of the sun setting below the hills.

Eboracum is a detached house with three bedrooms: one king-size, one double with an en-suite shower, and one twin. There's a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, a ground-floor cloakroom, and a utility room with a washer/dryer. There's a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with a TV and a woodburning stove. Amenities include gas central heating, WiFi, a selection of books, fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Outside there's off-road parking for two cars, and additional roadside parking. There's also an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and a barbecue, and a non-enclosed front lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop in 0.5 miles and pub in 0.6 miles.
