The bedroom and bathroom have underfloor heating, just like the rest of the ground floor.

From the living room you step onto the terrace (16m2) which is partly covered, the garden (300m2) is completely enclosed so that even very small children can play outside to their heart's content and there is a lovely garden set and two lounge beds to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 

For extra comfort, there is a washing machine and dryer available, so you can freshen up your towels and swimwear for the next beach day after a long day at the beach.

There is space to park two cars in the driveway of the house.
