Alloggio piccolino con tetto spiovente, ma attrezzatissimo, specie in cucina, con cose che normalmente non si trovano. Molte attrezzature elettriche: per il caffè, con cialde a disposizione, forno a gas, microonde e ad aria, bistecchiera, per il cappuccino, per l'acqua frizzante.
