This holiday farm is in a unique location: the house is in Germany and the yard is partly in the Netherlands.
So you literally stay in 2 countries at the same time.
The group accommodation is suitable for groups of family and friends of 18 to 25 people and is an excellent base for nature and culture lovers, hikers and cyclists.Group accommodation in Germany with large playing field 🏡 The accommodation has a large and a smaller living room and a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment.
On the ground floor are 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sinks.
For guests with reduced mobility, it is possible to spend the night on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are several bedrooms: a six-person room, a five-person room, three quadruple rooms and a double room.
In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet.
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
There is a toddler bed and 3 camping beds available.
Outside there is a nice covered terrace.
For children there is a large playing field with play equipment and an indoor play area.
Inside there is plenty of entertainment including a billiard table, pool table, air hockey table, football game and dartboard.

Heel veel ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen, zowel binnen als buiten.

Er is heel veel ruimte, verdeeld over woonkamer, eetkamer, woonkeuken en de enorme deel. Dat maakt dat je elkaar niet op de lip zit met een grote groep. Op de enorme deel is heel veel te doen voor kinderen, maar ook de volwassenen houden van poolbiljart en tafeltennis.
Buiten is een speelplek voor de kleintjes en een voetbalveldje. En er is een groot overdekt terras.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, ons prima vermaakt maar alles mag net wat meer aandacht hebben omdat het gedateerd was of aan vervanging toe was.
