La vista panoramica, struttura di recente costruzione, locali ampi con buone dotazioni, buon collegamento wifi.
Strada privata di accesso, cortile, parcheggio incompleti e trasandati. Assenza di un piccolo montacarichi per portare i bagagli all'ultimo piano. Piccola manutenzione trascurata. Pessima ricezione canali tv, salvo poche eccezioni.
