Housing : Vacation Rentals or Holiday Rentals in Lacanau Ocean Within the Seafront Residence with swimming pool "Blue Marine", southern area of Lacanau, beautiful sea view of the double terrace, pleasant and large apartment, 45m2 approximately, on the 3rd and top floor, for the reception of 5/6 people.
Quiet residence, secured with swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September), playground, elevator and laundry.
You have direct access to the beach through a gate located at the end of the residence.
Kitchen area, with counter, open to the living room, equipped with benches (2x70cm or 140cm double bed to choose from), TV.
The living/dining room opens, by bay window, on the double terrace, south exposure, furnished with garden furniture.
Sleeps are divided between the double bedroom (140cm bed) and the cabin room equipped with bunk beds.
Sanitary facilities include a bathtub, a sink and independent toilets.
A parking space on the basement is accessible.
Join the beach and surf schools at 100 m, shops, restaurants, glaciers, shops at 500 m, golf at 3 km or the lake at about 6 km (REF 02413) Holiday vouchers ANCV accepted THE LINGE OF LIT AND TOILET IS NOT FURNISHED.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.

Logement assez petit pour 6 personne surtout la salle de bain Logement a rafraîchir vaisselle sale a notre arrivée et après deux jours ascenseur en panne avec adulte handicapés dommage car très belle environnement jolie vue et proche commerces je ne reprendrais pas cette résidence

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser Anlage. Sie liegt direkt am Meer und hat alles notwendige in Laufreichweite (Einkaufen, Bäcker usw.). Man konnte vom Apartment das Meer sehen und hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne auf dem Balkon. Leider war es teilweise so warm, dass wir mit zwei Kindern nicht den Balkon ...
