The beach is accessible by car and bicycle all the way to Sønderho. You can drive right down to the water's edge, which is particularly helpful for families with small children or those with mobility requirements.
Fanø is wonderful to explore by bicycle, with fantastic cycle paths running from Nordby to Sønderho across the entire island through unspoilt nature. We recommend bringing bikes or hiring them on the island.
