The modern 55m² apartment is located on the second floor of a detached house in Kühlungsborn-Ost - a quiet location close to the beach.
The apartment was completed in 2013.
It is located in the immediate vicinity of the city forest and the Molli train station.
Comfortably and tastefully furnished, the accommodation has: a kitchen with mini oven, a shower-bathroom, a bedroom, a living room and a 17sqm roof terrace facing south. Good shopping facilities (bakery, department store, doctor, savings bank, cafes, restaurants) are in the immediate vicinity.
Kühlungsborn is one of the most popular and attractive resorts on the German Baltic coast.
The kilometer-long beach, the town forest and the surrounding area invite you to enjoy exciting excursions on foot or by bike.
The historic narrow-gauge steam train "Molli" takes you to the oldest German seaside resort "Heiligendamm" and to Bad Doberan with its famous "Münster" monastery.
The old Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar are approx. 30 km away and can be easily reached by car. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A parking lot is available at the accommodation. The tourist tax must be transferred to the host in advance, you will receive further information after booking. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which we will send you after booking, so that the host can prepare your stay optimally.

Die FW hat einen großen Balkon/ Terrasse in sonniger Lage mit Blick auf den Molli. Großes Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche. Abgeschlossenem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Die FEWO ist großzügig ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Räume, insbesondere das Badezimmer, sind größer als vermutet und bieten viel Platz. Das trifft auch auf die grosse Terrasse zu. Ca. 1000 Meter bis zur Promenade, kein Problem. An 'Molli ' gewöhnt man sich, sie hat uns nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, sie 'fehlt' uns ;-). Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wir waren mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht.
