The open-plan kitchen with kitchen island, combined with the living and dining area, serves as the group's gathering point.

A spacious communal area with flat-screen television invites relaxation on the sofa suite or quiet reading.

All living and sleeping areas feature wood laminate flooring.

The ground floor comprises three double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and one guest WC. The first floor features six double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
