It's also excellent for younger beach-goers, as the water is often very shallow in summer, and the Rindby beach section is monitored by lifeguards.

For a holiday on Fanø island, you should definitely bring your bicycles.

There are wonderful cycling routes, and generally, everything on the island is easily accessible by bike.
