La posizione è molto centrale e comodissima per muoversi a piedi. E situata in un vicolo di Genova, normale per il centro storico ma può avere un impatto molto negativo per chi non se lo aspetta
Inizialmente sono rimasto molto perplesso dal piccolo vicolo in cui è l’appartamento ma poi ho visto che tutto il centro storico di Genova è fatto così quindi va benissimo.

Kleine Wohnung aber gemütlich, ordentlich und sauber. Check In und Out sehr einfach via WhatsApp möglich. Zentrale Lage, um gut ins Zentrum zu gelangen.
Das Gebäude ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Eingang ist dreckig und stinkt. „Stadtblick“ ist Blick in eine dunkle dreckige Gasse. Wohnung ist dunkel, kein Tageslicht. Ab 8 Uhr morgens Bauarbeiten im und ums Haus. Ausstattung (Bad und Küche) sehr mangelhaft.

Non è un loft ma un piccolissimo appartamento, tutto nuovo per carità, in uno stabile fatiscente e in un vicolo malfamato. L'androne sembra piuttosto quello di una cantina, le scale sono in cemento e la porta vecchia decrepita. Il vicolo è maleodorante e ci sono rifiuti, quando eravamo li a chiedere...
