La cuina està ben equipada, hi ha tot el necessari per si et vols quedar-te a fer el menjar. Hi ha una gran nevera i tots els electrodomèstics funcionen perfectament.
S'agreixen la dutxes termostàtiques, no has de patir per regular la temperatura.
Es troba aparcament amb facilitat, al carrer Soulerat i a l'avinguda Maréchal Foch.
Carrer molt tranquil, hi ha molt silenci, perfecte per descansar.
