The apartment is located on the top floor of the detached house.
Access is via the east-facing balcony belonging to the apartment.
The balcony offers plenty of space and is protected from prying eyes.
It is south-facing with evening sun and an unobstructed view of the countryside. The apartment was completed in 2015 and offers space for 4 people.
All windows and the outside door are equipped with insect screens. In one part of the garden, there is a trampoline, a wooden play tower and a sandpit for children to play or engage in sporting activities. The clear bathing lake is approx. 250 m from the accommodation and can be easily reached on foot.
A rowing boat (Anka 4), which is located at the boat mooring, can be borrowed from the landlord to paddle on the lake in the village (Kluger See) or simply to enjoy nature. High chair and baby crib free of charge on request. Oven, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer in the utility room for all guests to use on request, iron and ironing board can also be used free of charge on request.

Super nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin.
Nette Wohnung/Einrichtung.
Prima Matratzen.
Mitgegangen, mitgefangen: Wenn die Vermieter grillen, dann kann es sein (wie bei uns), dass der ganze Qualm nach oben zur Terrasse zieht. Dann wird es im Hochsommer stickig und der schöne Blick ist weg. Vielleicht könnten die Vermieter ihre Grillstelle in den Garten, weg vom Haus verlegen.

Sehr saubere, schöne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet, in absolut ruhiger Lage. Toller Blick in den großen Garten von der Terrasse aus. Dort kann man sich auch ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Verweilen suchen, und für die Kinder gibt's Spielgeräte und Sandkasten. Zur sauberen Badestelle sind's 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Sehr nette Vermieterin! Es war ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Kurzurlaub, vielen Dank!
Langsames WLAN und kein Mobilfunknetz, was mich aber nicht gestört hat.
