Housing : This nice holiday house of 120 m2 facing the sea is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with equipped kitchen and sitting area, open to a large cozy terrace of 40 m2 with sea views.
A small gate gives you direct access to the beach (pedestrian access, no cars). A large master bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet are on the same level.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (including 1 with sea view), a bathroom and a rest or reading area.
Possibility to park 2 vehicles in front of the house.
The beach is 20 metres away and the centre of the resort with shops and entertainment is 900 metres away.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, barbecue... No TV or heating in this house.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
