Housing : This pretty fully air-conditioned pavilion is located in a residence on the heights of Saint-Pierre la Mer, 800 meters from the beach and 1200 meters from the center of the resort.
Quiet, free on 3 sides and very well equipped, it has a large outdoor terrace with its summer kitchen (barbecue, electric griddle, hotplates...).
The pavilion consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen area and a living/dining room, opening onto the large terrace.
Shower room and WC.
On the first floor, two bedrooms with two large 140 cm beds.
At your disposal: a collective swimming pool as well as a tennis court! (pool open from mid-June to mid-September) Private parking in the residence and possibility of entering a vehicle in the garden of the pavilion.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
