A public beach with a snack bar is about 400 m away.
Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open depending on the weather from mid-June to early September), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (for a fee each). Beautiful features include the subtropical vegetation, the gigantic, unobstructed lake views, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the large sunny balconies.
Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the private grounds.
Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
