Located on the road to Las Marinas, about 6.5km from the city center, and 400m from the sandy beach.
Within a radius of 1 Km you will find restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located within a large plot and consists of living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Everything is on ground floor.
Covered terrace and garden area with private pool.
Air conditionning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets. Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante.

(+) : Hemos pasado 15 días muy cómodos.
La casa tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar en falta nada, el aire acondicionado y las mosquiteras ha hecho que la estancia fuese perfecta, fresquita y sin mosquitos.
La zona es muy tranquila.
Esta muy cerca de la playa, a menos de 5 minutos a...
