Description of the accommodation

The flat is located in Bergheim Zieverich, only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Erft river.
You can reach Cologne city centre (approx. 25km) within 35 minutes by train, which is within walking distance.
Direct motorway connection to the A61/A4.

Shopping facilities such as ALDI, LIDL, Netto & Trinkgut are within walking distance.

You can reach the centre of Bergheim after approx. 10 - 15 minutes on foot.
Here you will find restaurants, Kaufland, DM, post office and many other shops.
Make yourself comfortable on 96m²!

The living room with smart TV and a couch, which is equipped with a mattress (140x185cm), offers you a sleeping possibility for another 2 persons. From here you have access to the 20m² balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and a wonderful sunset.
The dining table, which offers space for 6 people, invites you to enjoy a cosy dinner.
You can play suitable background music via the portable Marshall Bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice function, toaster, kettle, juicer, juicer & smoothie maker.

And for coffee lovers out there.... a Jura coffee machine incl. fresh beans for the best coffee enjoyment is at your disposal.

Bedroom:

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200cm) with a back-friendly comfortable 7-zone barrel pocket spring core mattress and offers enough space for your clothes. It is in a quiet location. Like the living room and fitness room, the bedroom is also equipped with electric shutters - want to sleep in? No problem.
A Hauck baby travel cot (120x60cm) is available for the little ones.

Fitness room:

Sports enthusiasts can work out in the fitness room, which is equipped with a treadmill, dumbbells, balance board, fitness & yoga mat & resistance bands. There is also a punching bag in the bedroom.

If required, a comfortable folding bed for a 5th person can be set up here.

A playground is not far away, so that even the little ones can let off steam without any problems.

Wifi, fresh bed linen, shampoo & towels are available free of charge. A washing machine including detergent and a tumble dryer are also available and can be used free of charge.

Adequate parking is available in front of the house (free of charge). Optionally there is an underground parking space, which can also be used free of charge.

For long-term stays I offer to clean the flat once a week for a fee.
The change of bed linen included.

A later check-out by arrangement is no problem.
